The New Swings and Play House

Three Amish men came from Pennsylvania this morning to install our new swingset and plahouse. Once they got it through the gate, which was touch and go for a while, they set it up where the old one had been. The boys came home from school and were thrilled! Thank you to Grandma Jean and Granddad for chipping in for the twins' awesome birthday gift. Jack loves it, too. All 3 will enjoy this gift for years to come.

This is the view from our deck.

The set includes 3 swings, monkey bars, a rock wall and an amazing 8' x6' play house. The house has a locking door, 2 working windows and a flower box. It is carpeted inside. Jack wants to paint the inside, so we'll have to do that this summer.

Mema and Papa gave it a whirl!

Notice Nicholas' face in the window. He thinks it is his personal house.

Jack wanted trapeeze instead of a swing.

There's a picnic table underneath the house.

We planted some flowers in the box. It is Jack's job to water.
