Twins' 4th Birthday Bash!

We had an awesome birthday party for the twins yesterday! We had two ponies! One was in the backyard. Kids rode on that pony in a saddle. There was another pony with a wagon. He gave groups of children rides up and down the street behind our house. There was also a big bouncy house and cotton candy. The kids also enjoyed playing on the new play set in the backyard. A fun time was had by all, especially Daniel and Nicholas who wanted all their friends in the backyard for their birthday!

The New Swings and Play House

Three Amish men came from Pennsylvania this morning to install our new swingset and plahouse. Once they got it through the gate, which was touch and go for a while, they set it up where the old one had been. The boys came home from school and were thrilled! Thank you to Grandma Jean and Granddad for chipping in for the twins' awesome birthday gift. Jack loves it, too. All 3 will enjoy this gift for years to come.

The set includes 3 swings, monkey bars, a rock wall and an amazing 8' x6' play house. The house has a locking door, 2 working windows and a flower box. It is carpeted inside. Jack wants to paint the inside, so we'll have to do that this summer.
